Rain rot is a bacterial skin disease that causes hair loss and leaves horses with large patches of raw, irritated skin. USPC would like to highlight the National Youth Board Members for the current term. Today we would like to introduce Jessica Flores. Jessica is an incoming member for the National Youth Board for 2019. She is from Woodside Pony Club in the Middle California Region. Jessica has been in Pony Club for 12 years and is currently a C-2, and is looking forward to taking her H-B and C-3 in the upcoming year. Elizabeth Larson is an incoming representative of the 2019 National Youth Board. Elizabeth is a H-HM and C-2 certified member of High Lakes Pony Club in the Oregon Region. She has enjoyed taking advantage of the many learning opportunities offered by Pony Club, especially Quiz. Last fall, Elizabeth competed in the International Quiz Exchange in Kelowna, BC. Virginia is an incoming member for the 2019 National Youth Board. She is a C-2 Eventing, H-B HM member from Casanova-Warrenton Pony Club in the Virginia Region and has been an active member for 12 years.
