Four Ways to Attend the 2022 Equine Symposium & Convention Hosted by USPC

The United States Pony Clubs (USPC) invites equestrians of all ages and disciplines to attend the 2022 Equine Symposium & Convention hosted by USPC and the Old Dominion Region, taking place January 26-30, 2022, in Norfolk, VA. The event will offer a blend of in-person, live stream, and on-demand opportunities with 30+ workshops and seminars, as well as trade fair shopping, networking and more.

​​Meeting attendees, both in-person and virtual, will have access to extensive educational and networking opportunities during the Equine Symposium & Convention, and for six months following.

Registration opens October 1, 2021, with four different registration options to customize your experience.

  • All Access Convention Pass: In-person Jan. 26-30 + Virtual Access (Live and On Demand for six months)
  • Weekend Symposium Pass: In-person Jan. 28-30 + Virtual Access (Live and On Demand for six months)
  • Symposium Day Pass: In-person only, Jan. 29 or Jan. 30.
  • Virtual Convention Pass: Online Access Live and On Demand Jan. 23 – June 23.

Cancellation Policy
You can register with confidence thanks to our updated and flexible cancellation policy for this year.

Individual cancellations will be refunded less a $30 office fee per registration up until January 5, 2022. Cancellation must be sent in writing to events@ponyclub.org.

For 2022, if USPC cancels the in-person event, registered attendees can transition to Virtual Only Registration and get the balance refunded in full, or they can get a full refund.

The United States Pony Clubs, Inc. (USPC or Pony Club) is the largest equestrian educational organization in North America. Started in 1954, the organization has developed curriculum that teaches safe riding skills and the care of horses through mounted and unmounted lessons. Through Pony Club, members have fun with horses and make lifelong friends while they develop skills, habits, and values that extend well beyond the barn and last a lifetime.
