Tell us about your current mount(s) and what you do with them:
My pony Sugar is a 12.2hh welsh cross. She was a hunter pony but did I eventing for a little while when we first got her. I became more interested in dressage firstly as a way to train Sugar to gain more muscle and use her body correctly to avoid injury but now I am hooked. I think Sugar quite likes it too!

Tell us about your goals (with Pony Club, with riding, life):
My goals with Pony Club this year is to complete my C1. I would also like to qualify for Pony Club Modified Championships this year at Training level. I am hoping I can get my C1 this year and I will also turn 12 so next year I can attempt to qualify for championships maybe even at 1st level!

What is your favorite thing about Pony Club?
Learning and experiencing new oppurtunites.

What is one thing you would tell younger members first joining Pony Club?
It’s really fun! It’s not just about competition and certifications, you will have the best weekends ever.

What is your favorite way to prep for an HM certification?
I take lots of colorful notes. Writing them out helps me remember and then I study from these notes.

If you could try out any other discipline or activity, what would it be and why?
Mounted Games – because of the adrenaline it looks so fun and I think my pony would enjoy it too.

My first rally.

What makes you #PonyClubProud?
Working as a team and supporting each other, even with people not on my team.

Is there anything else you would like to tell us?

At pony club I love meeting new people and just very grateful to be a part of Pony Club.
