Meet your 2019 National Youth Board Members- Jessica
USPC would like to highlight the National Youth Board Members for the current term. Today we would like to introduce Jessica Flores.
Jessica is an incoming member for the National Youth Board for 2019. She is from Woodside Pony Club in the Middle California Region. Jessica has been in Pony Club for 12 years and is currently a C-2, and is looking forward to taking her H-B and C-3 in the upcoming year. She has played a major role in the sport of Tetrathlon, not only competing, but coaching other members, and being a constant leader for this particular sport. She had the honor to be on the 2016 International Tetrathlon Exchange in Ireland, and hopes to attend the exchange again in 2020 in Australia.
Jessica currently attends Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, majoring in Chemistry and Applied Physiology/Health Management. She hopes to return to California for Medical School after she graduates in 2021. In her free time she enjoys volunteering at the Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children, organizing events and beloved traditions on campus through SMU’s Student Foundation, and spending time with her family and friends. Also, fun fact, her twin sister, Brittany Flores, is already on National Youth Board.
