6 Favorite Activities to Do in the Lincolnshire, Illinois area, Home of the 2026 USPC Convention, Plus a Peek at the Resort
Winter will still be hanging around in late January, and there are many seasonal activities to do in the Lincolnshire area, located in Lake County in northern Illinois and only 30 minutes from beautiful Lake Michigan. It’s a beautiful spot for the 2026 USPC Convention, sponsored by Elizabeth Hamill Bramsen, 1961 A alum, Wayne-Du Page Hunt Pony Club; and Via Nova Training. Dr. Marty Whitehouse Riney, Pony Club Alum: Finding Her Work-Life Balance
By all accounts, Dr. Marty Whitehouse Riney is doing the impossible—and making it look effortless. A mother of two young girls, owner of MWR Equine Dentistry LLC and co-owner of Nicholasville Road Animal Hospital, Marty begins each day before dawn tending to the menagerie of animals—including, but not limited to, two leopard geckos and a miniature donkey—on the six-acre Central Kentucky farm she shares with her husband, Tom. 2025 PCIA Mounted Games Exchange Recap
The United States Pony Clubs was proud to field a team of five for the PCIA Mounted Games Exchange, held July 27–August 11, 2025. Teams included the United States, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom as the host, and featured competition along with a cultural experience for attendees.

In Pony Club, once a member has successfully passed the C-2 Horse Management (HM) certification, they may begin their journey towards national-level certifications, cumulating in what many may view as the ultimate achievement, the A certification. Foxhunting Favorites and Tips for First-Timers
Rolling Rock Hunt Pony Club, hunting with their home hunt of Rolling Rock Hunt in the Ligonier Valley of western Pennsylvania, as well as Wateree Hounds, claimed first place in the 2024–2025 Foxhunting Challenge.
